There is now a local body shop in Savannah that is an official www.dipyourcar.com dealer and he cut me a deal to do my SRT like this. It's blue plastidip with a black plastidip stripe a la MOPAR 11. From what the shop was telling me, mine is the first one done like this. No one else has figured it out so the next one that they do they are going to make a video on how to do it. And as for those rims... those are the ones that I bought on here a while back with all season tires. My painted OEM ones were still in the shop and now they are on a truck with the rest of my stuff heading to El Paso. I will install them there and take more pics. Besides, I would rather have my "I gives a frak" rims on when I get the rest of my repair parts installed, an alignment done, and put her on a trailer than my painted OEM ones.

I like it, but I would be worried about the durability the most, especially depending on the cost to do a car.

Believe me when I say this... it did not cost that much. As for durablility.... I will let you know when I get to El Paso with all of those sandstorms and stuff. I haven't had it long enough to take it to a car wash yet.

Great job on the inverted color scheme!! I would stay away from the car wash so that it stays looking good!!

I've seen the videos from dipyourcar.com on youtube. They all pretty much say the same thing. Wait at least 2 weeks before hitting the car wash. I plan on waiting 3-4 months.

Thanx everyone for your comments!! From what my shop told me... this is the first one to have plastidip stripe applied on top of plastidip.
