I am trying to get a new Challenger from Bergeron... Seem to have the lowest prices around. The Internet sales manager has been real nice. Are they as good as they seem? I haven't gone down there yet as I live in Ocean Springs MS.... Anyone have any helpful hints or contacts over there in the finance dept? Thanks!

They wish! I have a 2007 Dodge Ram that has served its purpose, and I absolutely love the new Challengers... I hope I can get something to work out!

Have you talked to the folks over at Crown Dodge in Pascagoula? I've bought both of mine there, Challenger and the Charger.... Call over and talk to Shannon Sumrall, hella nice guy and if it's out there they can get it for you....

I have looked all over - Bergeron had the lowest price. They have two base R/T's for 27,997. No one has anything close on price, but no one else has base R/T's either. I will keep an eye on Crown though because I am not sure Bergeron can put a deal together yet for me....

P.S. Crown has a 2012 SRT8 Charger inbound....

Thanks, I think I am going to Bergeron on Friday... I hate that I have to drive over an hour for something that isn't a sure thing.... I figure its worth a try. What is cool though, if I do get one, I can register it in Alaska. Since I am military and a resident of AK, registering it there will only cost $130, no taxes because I am out of state...

Personally, I have never had a good experience with them, but I've never gotten to the point of serious dealings with them. On a car that they have in stock I prefer Ray Brandt as I know someone that works at their Nissan dealership and I do a good bit of business with them. I know when I was looking at an 09 Challenger SRT8, Bergeron gave me a BS line that the SRT's were rare and they only got two per year so they wanted $7500 over sticker. That kind of BS just sends me down the road. Ray Brandt tried the same line. Neither dealer in N.O stocks loaded vehicles as I am usually looking for. I have had much better experience buying at Salisbury's in Baton Rouge as they have more inventory and have always been easier to deal with. I also like Ralph Sellers in Gonzales a lot as well.
