Okay, gang, talked to them today, and there's going to be a dyno day at JR Racing in Greenville on Saturday, Nov. 14 starting at about 8:30 a.m. I think. Not sure of start time just yet.

These guys are an amazing group, with a great shop and a Dynojet in-ground dyno in the shop. They do tons of Mustangs, but they are about to get the CMR program to tune our Mopars!

I think the plan is to have food that day as well. Looks like $40 for 2 pulls, 3 for $50 with AFR. As more details are available, I'll post it up! Let's see how many Mopars we can get over there that day!

im interested in going just to see the shop and see if they will start supplying stuff for our cars. dont have the money to do any dyno runs

I'm hoping they'll have the CMR software by then. I hope so, because I want them to dial my car in a little more, too. They are great tuners, with tons of work under their belts on...on...Mustangs. :shakehead:

I do not know the answer to your question,but here is some info on their Dynojet dyno........

Dynojet 224xLC, the latest in chassis dynamometer technology!




Measures up to 1500+ HP and 200 MPH
Eddy current load absorption unit, torque cell, and dynamic load control software
Automatic conditions measurement (absolute pressure, air temp, humidity)



The 224xLC can perform load tests including step, sweep, loaded roll-on, and wind drag simulation. Closed loop testing is also available by targeting engine RPM, speed, or percentage of load. A simple click of the mouse can turn the 224xLC from an eddy current dynamometer back into an inertia only dynamometer or vice versa.


The eddy current option is especially great for big turbo cars and diesel trucks. Helps find ignition issues since the dyno speed can be set constant even while applying WOT in the vehicle.

As of Yesterday Norm talked to a guy that knew the guy that runs the dyno and said the program for tuning Mopars is 2,000 dollars and he would not have it in time to tune our cars on the 14th.

Yeah it is a shame for those people but mostly for us that has had all this fun and the weather is about to go south from here so it will be next spring before we get to go on any scenic rides threw the mountains....I can not wait!!!!!!!

Tee and I would love to come but... there is a local meet and greet, not just LX's, a "TOYS FOR TOTS" campaign, that we make EVERY year 'cuz we take some toys for the kids. I'm hoping this November is better than last year as the lady running the campaign called US aside and told US we were the ONLY ones that even brought toys ~ so this is WHY this is important to Tee and I! Last year we were fortunate to be able to take too large boxes of toys! We have saved about this much again this year!

Ive got to have big HP to compete with a viper or vette.
I had to have the room to carry customers to lunch thats why the Charger was selected. One day I want to have a 2 seater and the Viper may just might fit the bill.
Vipers will hold the resale value for a long time. It is a good investment.
My car will be retired next year. I have got to build a building to put it in.
The memories I have made in it are once in a lifetime.

Ive got to have big HP to compete with a viper or vette.
I had to have the room to carry customers to lunch thats why the Charger was selected. One day I want to have a 2 seater and the Viper may just might fit the bill.
Vipers will hold the resale value for a long time. It is a good investment.
My car will be retired next year. I have got to build a building to put it in.
The memories I have made in it are once in a lifetime.
