The 2011, 19th Annual Emerald Coast Car Show is this Saturday, Sept 10, 2011 at Ft Walton Beach High School. Registration from 8 til noon is $30 ($25 if you pay via PayPal before Saturday at www.emeraldcoastcarshow.com). Judging starts at 12:30 with awards at 4 pm. Rumors of a Super Bee look alike contest have surfaced recently but could not be confirrmed.

Actually can't do it. After the heat before the storm, the storm and this week, Sat/Sun are my first opportunities to get any work done around the house.

Yep, still need to register but I'm planning on doing the CCI. I haven't missed that show since I PCSd to the area in 05. From 05 to 08 I always showed my 73 Ranchero.

In 09 I registered the Ranchero. But only two weeks before the CCI I bought the Bee. Which is the first time you saw it and I met the club members.

Unfortunately, top dollar for that ride wasn't much. So I didn't get much. Enough to roll the money over into a used, very used, 1999 GMC Sierra with a 5.3 Vortec and new tranny.

The majority of my second place finishes at the Commando are from the Ranchero. The remaining second place finishes are the Bee, bugs and brake dust and misaligned doors and all.
