Guys, I'd like to get our M&G set up and I'm looking to see what night would work for MOST. I realize that not everyone can can make certain night but I feel most have nothing going on on a Monday night so I'm considering that night. As for the time, I'm thinking 7PM to 9 PM

Please post your thoughts and keep in mind that we need to go with what may work for most so be flexible if possible. I can tell you that I have work related training on Thursday's and get home late so that's a day that simply will not work for me.

Works for me I guess, what's wrong with a Saturday afternoon? It might be a little nicer to eyeball each others rides in daylight, no?

Weekends are traditionally pretty tough as most people tend to be busy with the family or doing something or go out of town. Most people are around during the week. The meets are generally held in well lit parking lots as ours will be. Seeing the cars shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah, Weekends are a bit more hit or miss with me.... Monday or Weds are good for me.....

Well that's a good statement DRPDan. So let's figure that out as well. Do we want to meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I remember a few years back that weekly didn't work all that well. So I'd be for every other week or monthly but lean toward monthly more. IMO.

I agree, I think monthly makes the M&Gs that much more important and easier to plan for...

Update; Gonna know in a couple days or less if our location is still a go. If it is and I'm pretty sure it will be, We will have our 1st M&G next MONDAY 08/22/11 @ 6:30 PM. That's 1830 Hrs for you military minded types....lol.
