I was asked to leave jacksonville chrysler dodge jeep yesterday!

The story:
My sister is having trouble with her 06 pt cruiser so i say i'll see what i can do. I buy a multi function switch and make sure to ask the parts guy "if this doen't work how long do i have before i can return it? (guy) thirty days in working order." i think great!
The switch isn't what i needed so i return to the parts counter. The same guy is sitting there so i feel this will be quick. I tell him i am there to return the part and he looks at it and says "we dont do returns on electronics"

WTF!!!! I told him i was told i had 30 days, he scoffs and says "who told you that?" i took a deep breath and said YOU!

I asked to speak to the service manager, a guy in a t-shirt comes from the back. He tells me the same thing and there was no misunderstanding i just made it up...WTF!!! I asked if he is calling me a lair and he said no and told me the history of this parts guy and how hes been there for years.

I realize i'm not getting the part returned so i think "i'm gonna have fun with this!". I begin to tell everyone who can hear how dealers like them are the reason chrysler failed and they think they can treat their customers like crap because there are only 2 in town now!

After about 5 minutes of telling everyone around how there getting ripped off the same guy in the shirt and jeans comes out to me with two techs (i could have beat their ass) and says we have no buisness and i need to leave. I figure i have done my part and dont want to get arrested so i leave.

Now i have $80 worth of part i dont need for a car i dont own!

Customer service is dead!

Hey Josh ,Thats why they are called,Stealerships!:D
For any consolation,I dislike that place as well!
Side note, Remember the guy that managed the dealership in Daytona that came to visit us at hooter? Maybe we should give him a call to see if he can work something out for US! yes US because we got your back bro! Long Live the DSM!

That is the worst dealership ever. I have never heard a good story from there. I have a couple of bad ones myself just going to look at cars. I finally had to tell them to stop calling me, that I would never come there again anyway.

Start going to Yulee for all of you Mopar needs.

i know im down here but for me if its not written on the receipt, they will hear my *****in...
usually is written somewhere u know? sorry to hear that Chef, i hate them all as much as you do!

its your constitutional right to say how you feel and theres nothing they can say about it. they can ask you to leave but cant make you. i see it all the time in memphis; service here sucks unless you know somebody. do the right thing; call and talk to someone who is really in charge (and not wearing a t-shirt) and tell them whats up and it will usually get corrected pretty fast.

I doubt it at that Dealership. They are the newest, biggest one in town and I am sure that is the only reason they made the cut.

I am an easy going guy, it takes alot to get me going... It was just something about these guys that rubbed me the wrong way

Similar problem... My TSB on the 300's coolant.. The guy tried to charge me cuz of some BS "let us take a look at it".... After about 30 minutes of arguing I told him he was the reason that chrysler went under... Piss poor customer service and he could shove my srt up his @$$.... Screw them!!!!!!
