View Full Version : A bit of black on the front
keeylyme 09-16-2009, 06:02 PM I decided to do away with the stock insert and paint the crosshairs. I think it makes the BT emblem pop more than the color matched crosshairs. I've got a script logo to put on shortly.

It was the Krylon Fusion paint then the Duplicolor clearcoat. But this was after I used adhesion promoter and primer.
Jettech104 09-17-2009, 05:31 PM It looks great!!! It helps tie in the emblem nicely!!:)

Yes it was the satin black. It worked out great. I had painted the chrome trim ring around the gear shift before trying the crosshairs amd i was happy with the outcome. But now I'm waiting for the leather wrapped trim ring.
That looks killer!it does make the emblem standout.great job!
