there is nothing better than sitting at a redlight in the rain, reving up to 6k, releasing the clutch, punching the gas and taking off w/o spinning a single tire and hearing the turbo whined up and the blow-off valve chirp between shifts while the other cars creep off the light

I have to thank Midnight Magnum for the fairlane. It was Great-Grandmothers she bought it new in 1970. Then she passed and my grandmother got it. She let it get dinged up and the paint fade. She then gave to my dad (midnight magnum). we set about getting it painted and putting some wheels and carpet in it.He got tired of trying to keep it up, so I got it.Hopefully one day one of my sons will get it. I wish I could afford to have the motor stroked to a 331 or 347. By the way the odometer just hit 53K. I think the charger will pass it in the next couple of years.

Also like it because it reminds me of an old charger. They even used to have the hideaways too. Here's a torino, basically the same car just subtle differences.
