friday on my way home from the track there was a accident on side the road involving an 18 wheeler and a tree cutter truck. trying to avoid crap scattered all over the road my right front ran over something and blew the ball joints in both lower control arms. i want to change them both out at the same time but do have one question about the bushings. can the punched out with a hammer and a vice or do i need to have them pressed out and in? thanks in advance
