After trying to make my own custom hood liner and not liking what i ended up with i decided to paint the stock one. After 13 cans of white some black and a can of clear it's done.

That looks great. I had a problem with my liner; It was dirty, sagging and the words 'Viper Powered" Could not be seen clearly. I first thought about taking the liner down and painting under the hood. But, a painter had a better idea. He made a magnetic sign. He took the measurements and painted the colors I requested. That way I can put it up and take it down as needed and the sign stays clean.

Looks good man!! I've been wanting to do away with mine and get the underside of the hood painted with some custom work, just hadn't got around to it. Hard to pull the hood off a daily driver.

A very nice added touch under the hood and it really lightens it up!

Yeah see the problems he's caused:smileup: I was going to polish the whole underside of the hood since it's aluminium but after i started i decided that it would tatke 6 months. But my next mods do include polishing aluminum..and a plasma cutter and welder.:158:
