So I finally broke down and bought some Drag Radials for the Bean Mobile.
Voxx Wheels with Nitto Extreme Drag Tires 305/45/18. Can't wait to try them out.
I'll have pictures up later, gotta go to work.
Anyone else running these or have used them? Any tips on launching?

I have the same drag radials for the truck, just a 275/40/17. I bought them from a DT member. And he pulled 1.7x 60's. He said it didnt take a big long burnout, just enough to get them hot and sticky.
My first time out I cut 2.02-2.04 60's leaving from idle, I have not tryed stalling up yet. Picked up some lighter rims for this season, that and dropping the front sway bar and I should be about 100lbs lighter.

My converters brake stall is 1800 I believe? I have not payed attention, But I think I remember reading that was the stock stall of a truck.
And I know, I need to work on my 60', It was the first time out on the drag radials, so there is still lots of room for improvement. With my lighter weight, and if I can cut a 1.90 60' in good air, I am sure I can get a 13.5 or so.
