took my car in for a transmission filter and fluid changed a while back. the car was acting strange so i call them up to see if they could look at it. everytime i called they were to busy or no one was avalible. so three weeks ago i took it to another dealership to see whats wrong and they found 1.5 quarts overfilled which messed up my transmission. now i can't even drive it anymore. called champion chrysler but all they did was give me a bunch of B.S. finally after runing out of excuses they just hanged up the phone haven't heard a single word from them since then.

is it under warranty? maybe go back to the dealer who actually helped you and get a corporate number from them and explain to them your situation. i am certain they will assist you. there not gonna risk a lawsuit or bad reviews b/c of some shitty mechanic at the dealership. chances are youll be told to bring it to a diff dealer, fixed free of charge and might even get a few free oil changes out of the deal. if they agree to fix it but want you to go back to original dealer i would try to argue the fact/ just my .02

That sucks man. Major League had some great advice. Thats what I'm worried about I need to have my trans serviced but everyone I talk to at different Shops says they can't service these transmissions. :4-dontknow: so it looks like I'm gonna have to goto the stealership.

so the car is not under factory warranty. Is there any warranty on service done for transmission maintance service its been 2 months since they worked on it. called the corporate number told them about it and they told me that that they could not help because its a workmanship problem and that I have to handle it myself. called another dealership near by but they told me that they could'nt give a number all I got was a name. sent the dealership a complaint letter giving them 10 days to response or else I would go to the Attorney General haven't heard a single word from them. I should have notice something when I saw them selling ice cream in the shop. thanks for all the responses any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do any of the news stations have a reporter who tackles problems from viewers? Make an appointment with the owner or general manager of the problem dealership or just take the car back to them and park it in the spot where they do the service write ups and just wait. You have to become their new best friend and call them everyday until you get a response because they will never call you back. We could arrange a park-in and park all of our cars in front of their lot with protest signs until they fix your car. Or just trade the car off. Good luck.

I would stay away from Gulf Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Foley, AL as well. I am currently arguing with them cause I bought a 2008 Magnum from them on July 30th and found that it only had 2 quarts of oil in it after they claimed they changed the oil when they got it. I only checked the oil because of a ticking sound :(
