We like to keep that stuff private! Anyway, John ran across something called wheelwax that is supposed to help that. I forgot all about til you posted this question. I am going to try it out. You're right, brake dust sucks! PanhandleBeast 06-23-2010, 04:39 AM Haha! I figured that would get the attention and thus more replies. Haha! =) WheelWax. I assume I can get that stuff at the local AutoZone perhaps? PanhandleBeast 06-23-2010, 04:45 AM Also what about ceramic brake pads? Trukcrazy 06-23-2010, 08:17 AM Haha! David, I have only found this online at this time. Jettech104 06-23-2010, 01:44 PM i changed my pads to the centric posi quiet pads. they do not throw dust all over your wheels. i cleaned my wheels and two weeks later they are still clean. i would also recommend the eagle one wheel cleaner. the wheel cleaner can be found at the auto parts store. the pads i got online for $82 for the front and back pads shipped. if you want the info just pm me. eddie MySRT 06-23-2010, 05:50 PM I have installed Satisfied GranSport GS6 Carbon-Ceramic pads. So far they are great. Almost no brake dust. PanhandleBeast 06-23-2010, 07:09 PM Where did you purchase these? Cheftank 06-23-2010, 10:32 PM Hawk HPS pads...ok on dust, fantastic on stopping power. they go great with drilled and slotted rotars. www.thatrotorshop.com (http://www.thatrotorshop.com) is my buddy adam, he does drilled and slotted zinc coated rotars for any car but the challengers are $230 a set (4) Josh MySRT 06-23-2010, 11:43 PM Where did you purchase these? Tirerack.com Reallunacy 06-24-2010, 06:13 AM Once I remember the name of the product I've seen that prevents brake dust from sticking to the rims I'll let you know. As far as pads, I use Performance Friction's carbon metallic pads, they are without a doubt the best stopping pads I have ever used. Trukcrazy 06-24-2010, 06:41 AM Challygirl has ordered some of the Wheel Wax and we will let you know how it works with the brake dust. MySRT 06-29-2010, 01:46 AM Saturday we put 250 miles on the Magnum and Satisfied GranSport GS6 Carbon-Ceramic pads on a drive in the mountains. Pads worked great and almost no dust. Wheels were also waxed with Wheel Wax and the little bit of brake dust just wiped off. vBulletin® v3.8.4, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
