Currently we meet on the 4th Friday of the month at the Beef O' Brady's in Brandon and would like to to begin having them more per month. This thread is the next step to help us get to that point. For those who are active in the Tampa Chapter, please post any meet and greet ideas that you have and once we get a good list we can discuss which we want to do.

By looking at the cars and coffee info, it looks like it is on the 3rd saturday of every month. If we like this one coming up we can make it a monthly meet.

Clint brought up Winghouse and Hooters. I think that he is getting sick of looking at our ugly faces.....lol

Motoring Tampa Bay (http://www.motoringtampabay.com/) has a whole list of weekly and monthly car shows and events.

Also I think Quaker Steak and Lube in Clearwater has a car show every week.

I like the quaker steak idea, it just depends if everyone can make it over there.

Sounds like a plan to me. I seen on the site that the Pepboys less than 2 miles from my house is having on this friday. They have one on the third friday of the month. I am gonna go by there and check it out. I dont think that it is anything that big.

I go to Quaker S&L about 3-4 times a month, maybe we can meet there one day. At BeefO'Brady's we had 8 cars last M&G. There seems to be a lot of members in the area but not a big response. Ross and other members have been trying to get more Z and DSM members involved. June's meet will be on the 25th, Ross will post the info on the Z and here. Hope to see you there.:smileup:

i was there lastnight i go on wed sometimes for bike night then up the street to the 8th mile drag strip test & tune (sunshine speedway). Yea that would be cool to get some member out there im down whenever

Beefs will always be on the calendar. We are just looking to add more for each month.

There is a car show at Quaker Steak & Lube in Clearwater every Thursday night. Its located at 10400 49th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762. I usually go once a month.

Thursday Night Classic Car Cruise In
Starts at 4 pm till 8 pm. Larry Clem hosts the car show with trophies and give aways. Register for the car show and get 10% off dining & beverage.

On Monday nights at 5pm they have R/C cars racing. I have been thinking of taking my Revo R/C gas power truck out.

RC Racing every Monday
Radio Controlled Racing in the parking lot every Monday Night!

A Hooter's or WingHouse night also sounds good.

Meet and GReet any Wednesday at Foster's Grill in Cape Coral, FLorida. Lot's of different cars and we need MOPARS to dominate the day/night. Foster's has $1 drafts, Chicken Wings, Burgers and so on and we would get 20% off the food and drinks. If anyone is willing to come down here and see it, that would be great! They rope off areas for cars, have drawings for prizes and talk amongst each other. Bring folding chair and enjoy as others pass by your ride and druel over the MOPAR classics. Let me know and I will meet people on I-75. You will not miss Christine, she is the shiniest car on that road! (just kidding)
