Went back to Hooters to confirm everything with the GM. We are going to have the front two rows (closest to the road) blocked off and will have the front part of the restaurant reserved. I'll be going back to this spot during the M&G to take a pic of everyone's cars (with a good camera) and not my phone!

If we have more than 23/24 cars then we can overflow into the parking spaces on the left (or any in the parking lot).
