Once we get through the city of Toccoa on 17 and Alt 17 We then turn in the Toccoa falls College campus. Left turn to the falls.

More to come as I scan them in.

Ok From Toccoa Falls we get back on 17 to 441 and 23 up to Tallulah Gorge.

We will stop at a roadside overlook. There is a general store there also. Georgia Power will be releasing water from the Dam so the Rapids should be really visible.

Question...
Off the top of your head..
Is there a section that has real curving roads... ?
I want to video tape us driving.. Curing up and down roads are the best.
Gives us the Giant Snake look..

There's some twisties going back to Helen after we leave Brass Town Bald Mountain.

These Three maps show us going from Tallulah Gorge to Helen.

We go back on 23 to 385 (also historic 441) and take that to route 17
Stay on 17 to 75 (not I75....lol) Make a right to Helen.

Once we get close to the city limits is where it will get crazy. This is a tourist and Biker old time German town. THERE WILL BE A LOT OF PEOPLE AT CROSSWALKS ETC. We will have to keep watch because we will probably get separated some.

We will cruise through the town on the way to the scenic Highway SLOWLY.

After we get through Helen we look for Alt75 not to far outside the City. We make a left and travel about 2 miles to the Russell-Brasstown Scenic Byway Route 348 Right turn.

Along this road we will stop at Dukes Creek Falls Then on to another Roadside Scenic Overlook. We get to Route180 and right turn to Brasstown Bald Mountain. It's a steep twistie climb To the Parking area.

Here we can park and either walk the trail or shuttle bus to the overlook at the top of the mountain. (Tallest Point in Georgia)

Once we finish up here Down the mountain and a left on 180 to Route 17. Another RIGHT and Back down to Helen.

Once we get back to Helen we will park in the municipal parking lot....

We are parking back by the river.
As we come into Helen, we will turn left where all the people gather. Just over the hill and before the bridge. Watch out for pedestrians. Once parked, we will walk back to 17, cross bridge and raise a brew

Being that my house is in Dawnsonville.
After Helen I will be taking hwy75 south to 115 south thru Cleveland GA on my way to GA400 South.

i go to dawnsonville all of the time i am always on 400
