Sup fam, i wanted to know if any of you removed the plastic service engine cover from under your vehicles. I was changing my oil and noticed it; none of my other vehicles have ever had so much bottom engine cover attached to them. Should i put it back or should i leave it off to help with heat??

IMO i would put it back, just to leave anything of the engine you know, i think itll be more protected that way, you wont get water or any road debris in there, just my 2 cents!

It might protect something going over speed bumps...but other than that...it's a toss up.

I tossed mine after my first oil change. Never had a problem.

thanks for all your input. Guess ill leave it on for now, i might test to see how it runs with it off. Seems like i can release some heat by removing it. Thanks again
