I am not sure of his install cost, but SHR is doing a cam, headers, HP fuel pump, and a smaller upper pulley in mine as soon as all the parts arrive.

I know the springs and shocks don't take long if you know what you are doing. The sway bars are a bit of a pain though.

I think his time is $125 an hour. If you are doing one of his Cam packages he will likely quote you a flat price, installed, unless you have some strange setup.

125 an hour..... geez, you talking 1200 dollars for what should take an experienced cam swapper 8 hours... thats crazy! For that kind of money I will spend a weekend or 2 and do it myself... I was thinkin 500 or so for labor wouldnt be bad, but not gonna pay 125.... too steep, keep on looking I guess?

As I mentioned, he will usually give you an upfront cost. For example, my S/C install was 2 and a half days and was $1250 for the install. Labor for my suspension (springs, shocks, sways) install was $400. You can't just go by the hourly rate. Someone that specializes in these cars is going to take less time and you will get a better job overall (in most cases).

The toughest thing is shop time. He usually has a pretty good backlog. It could be a few weeks before he can get you in.

As Steve said, I am sure there are many shops that can handle a cam and suspension work. Just make sure you find one that can tune it well with the cam.
