FINALLY..... This my last whole week at the Durham NC VA Hospital!!! I have ONE more radiation treatment for my prostate cancer on Monday, Dec 14th and THIS will be finally over.
I will say, however, it has at least gone much faster than I expected it would.... but after being here since November 2nd; it'll be SO GOOD to get back home!
Not too crazy about driving all the up on Monday though, getting the radiation treatment and having to head right back home. The trip is about 2 1/2 hours each way, however it is ALL interstate!
Thank YOU ALL for you kind thoughts and prayers. I seem to be couping pretty well, so far.
Guess the follow up appointments are scheduled for Jan 22nd!
And very important NOT to forget to mention Rob (Rob'sSXT) for sending me his laptop to borrow all the way from Utah! God Bless him for that!
