Well is EVERYONE in the Deep South gettin' all this rain??? Because it's Veterans Day and the VA Hospital is closed, I got the day off and they requested we just stay here in Durham at the hotel. I thought maybe today that Tee and I could cruise around town and see what it's like up here and maybe catch a Veterans' Day Parade.... BUT, WOW, it's been raining straight since yesterday and even the hotel parking lot is flooded... about 6 - 8 inches of rain out there! I'm sure there will be NO parade today!! Guess we'll just be stayin' in. The news showed several accidents and severe flooding as asking anyone that does not have to go out... say home. Guess the rain is supposed to continue all the way 'til Friday! Enuff is Enuff!!!

Hey there Jim! Happy Vets day! I had to work today and Just to make you feel not alone,its raining right now here in Jacksonville Florida!

Yup still raining here... been raining steady all day... lots of flooded areas up here according to the news... we just stayed in all day ~ No problem!

And thanks guys... I'm really feeling pretty darn good! If I don't stop eating though, I'm gonna gain 50 pounds ~ LOL ~ No place to walk it off!

Well it's Thursday and it's STILL RAINING!!! Hopefully they will assign and early appointment for me tomorrow so we can head back home early. After the appointment we have paperwork to file and then we can leave. Want to get home, rested up and be ready for this Weekend!!!
