Well my 1st week of radiation treatment for cancer is complete and the VA Hospital was kind enough to change my daily 2pm appointment to 9:45 am this morning so we could get that done and head back home for the weekend! This week flew by and went WAY better than I could have imagined. Feeling fine so far with 5 more weeks of treatments yet to go. We head back to Durham on Monday morning!

The hotel room was small, but clean and comfortable so I have no complaints.... NOW ~ FOR A HOME COOKED MEAL FROM TEE ~ LOL

Congrats Jim,glad to see that you are feeling fine....And I know Tee will take care of you,I seen at McKenny Dodge how big her heart is.She was taking kids up with her with all those tickets she bought and when she would win she let the kid have the prize.Ya'll two are meant for each other,both great people.

Been outside all day gettin everything done I could do... and was cleaning and checking oil, air pressure etc for the trip back to Durham in the morning! Looks all good... NOW maybe I can relax a little LOL
